U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey on Tuesday opened a window into his hard-won second term, meeting with representatives of protesters who've been targeting him, as well as with Lehigh Valley media. Toomey, R-Pa., has held two telephone halls during the 115th Congress that convened in January but has not done one in person in 2017. Protesters have been gathering weekly for what they call "Tuesdays with Toomey" outside his district offices, including at 1150 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. in Salisbury Township.
